What is the usual delivery time for products?
Our products are delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of placing the order.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours of purchase excluding national holidays
How do I track my order?
Once the product is dispatched, you will receive the tracking details via email. You can track your order on our website [here](LINK).
Which shipping carrier do you use?
The shipping carrier depends on the serviceability of your PIN code. Products are shipped through Blue Dart, Delhivery, etc.
Do I need to pay customs duty on my order?
No. All products are shipped from our warehouse in India, so you don't have to pay customs duty.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we accept COD payments.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Refunds are issued only through store credits. Contact us at EXCHANGETHEKRYP@GMAIL.COM.
I have not received an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. If you still haven't received the confirmation, contact us at EXCHANGETHEKRYP@GMAIL.COM with the following details:
1. Full name under which the order was placed
2. Email address
3. Item(s) purchasedÂ
4. Order ID
Ordered the wrong size. Can I change it?
If your order hasn't been dispatched and we have the correct size in stock, we may be able to make changes. Contact us at EXCHANGETHEKRYP@GMAIL.COM. Amendments can only be made if the order has not been dispatched.
My order has an incorrect/missing item. What should I do?
Email EXCHANGETHEKRYP@GMAIL.COM with your order number and photos of the incorrect/missing item. Make sure the tags are intact. Once confirmed, our team will inform you that your product will be recalled to the warehouse for a quality check, and a new item will be shipped to you.
My order has arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email EXCHANGETHEKRYP@GMAIL.COM with your order number, videos, and photos showing the defects. Make sure the tags are intact. Once confirmed, our team will inform you that your product will be recalled to the warehouse for a quality check, and a new item will be shipped to you.

Payments and Security
Will my card details be saved in your database?
The Kryp does not maintain a private database of customer card details. All transactions are processed by our payment service providers Paytm or PayU via a secure gateway.
Loyalty Program
How do I join the loyalty program?
You can join the program by registering on our [Loyalty Program](LINK) page with your active email ID.
How do I earn loyalty points?
You earn 1 Kryp Coin (loyalty point) for 1 Rupee you spend on your purchase.
How do I redeem my Kryp Coins?
Register/login to our [Loyalty Program](LINK) page with your email ID. Click on 'Ways to Redeem' to redeem your coins. Once you redeem your Kryp Coins, you will receive a coupon code to use on your next purchase.
Where can I find my Loyalty Rewards/Coins?
You can log in to our [Loyalty Program](LINK) page to view your rewards, accumulated coins, and coupon codes.
What is the value of each Kryp Coin?
For every 50 Kryp Coins, you receive Rs.5.
Can I redeem my coins on any purchase?
You can redeem your coins on purchases of Rs. 3,000 and above only. Coins cannot be used on discounted/sale items.
Will I earn coins for sale day purchases?
No, you cannot earn or redeem coins during our online sale events.
Can I combine my loyalty point coupon code with other offer codes?
No, you can only apply one offer per purchase.
